How long does installation take?
The physical installation takes 1–3 days. The full process including TNB approval takes 4–8 weeks on average.
What happens on cloudy or rainy days?
Your system still generates electricity on overcast days, just at reduced output. During these periods your home draws from the grid as normal, you're never without power
Do I need to maintain the panels?
Solar panels are low-maintenance. We recommend a rinse-down cleaning every 6–12 months. Our team can arrange periodic servicing as part of your after-sales package.
What size system do I need?
It depends on your average monthly bill and available roof space. Most homes with a RM 300–500 bill need a 6–10kW system. We'll recommend the right size after our free site assessment.
What is NEM and can I join?
Malaysia's Net Energy Metering (NEM) scheme lets you export unused solar energy back to TNB in exchange for bill credits. Most residential and commercial properties qualify.
